There are 43 continuing education courses designed for optometric staff at Optometry's Meeting 2020. These courses are listed in the daily education gridsThis year doctors of optometry and paraoptometrics can attend courses together on topics that impact the coordination of care provided to patients. ICD-10 coding procedures, clinical care for contact lens wearers, lab testing, technology integration, and myopia control are a few topics that will be explored. Our one and two-hour courses provide the perfect setting for doctors to bring their staff together for specific topics that can further enhance the cohesiveness of care provided within a practice. 

Paraoptometric Awards Luncheon

Thursday, June 25, 12-1pm
Don't miss this annual celebration of AOA paraoptometric associate members honored for their outstanding and significant contributions to the profession. Two awards will be presented: the Paraoptometric of the Year and the Paraoptometric Community Service Award. The event is open to all paraoptometric staff. During the lunch, there will be a short presentation from the sponsor and the awards presentations. Advance registration is required for this free, delicious, inspiring event.  Not for educational credit.
