Thursday, June 24

Come join your friends and colleagues as we kickoff this year's Optometry's Meeting, from 5-7 p.m. on Thursday, June 24, with the Opening Event, supported by Johnson & Johnson Vision. We're proud to welcome former NASA astronaut and epidemiologist Jerry Linenger, M.D., Ph.D., to the stage as our 2021 keynote speaker. AOA+ Pop-Up Sessions

These aren't your typical classroom educational courses (and not virtual!)—AOA+ Pop-Up Sessions are fast-paced, interactive and cover a wide-range of topics that you won't always find in school. In the past, Pop-Ups have looked at very practical concerns in starting an optometric career, such as work-life balance and business acumen, to more clinically in-depth topics, such as establishing a sports and performance vision practice or pediatric care workshops.
